I stopped by Takuma Ramen & Sushi a few days after returning from Japan because I was craving a great bowl of ramen, and this place absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. I ordered the spicy ramen along with the deep-fried oysters, and both were outstanding. The first sip of the ramen broth instantly transported me back to Japan. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The noodles had the right texture, and the pork was tender and cooked to perfection. The deep-fried oysters were just as impressive—crispy on the outside, full of flavor on the inside, and served with a couple of delicious dipping sauces that complemented them perfectly. Although I wasn't in the mood for sushi this time, they offer a full sushi menu that looked great. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful ramen with excellent service, I highly recommend Takuma Ramen & Sushi. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu!

Absolutely delicious! You should definitely stop by if you're in the area. The food was impeccable. I ordered the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen and it was packed with flavor. The pork had a good ratio of meat to fat an awesome taste, the noddle were cooked to perfection for good texture, the broth was exploding with flavor. I also ordered the fresh water eel, yellowtail, and the salmon. All very fresh. The prices were very affordable too. Give this spot a try.

On my way to Bakersfield I stopped here. Instead of a subway sandwich ( next door) I saw they have Ramen. I tried the beef ramen, and it was delicious. In addition I asked for a spicy sauce and I got a delicious and hot sauce, ( I got a sample to take home)

Delishous!!!! It's a quiet and quaint restaurant. The waitress was prompt and nice. Everything was so tasty— the highlight is the hand roll! If I wasn't so full I would have more than two!
